3 story custom home designed to 170 mph hurricane winds with ICF walls and floors, concrete stairs and balconies. Roof trusses by others but layout and connection for high provides specified. Design of elevator shaft with CFS studs. Mix of GFRP and traditional reinforcement used in design.

Walk-out ICF basement walls for pool house with exterior concrete stairs as well with safe room ICF floor and walls. ICF pool and ICF tunnel under pool designed to connect to main house. Poor soil so lots and grade beam designed.
