We are an architecture studio based in Brooklyn was founded 5 years ago with a focus on residential and mixed-use projects. The studio has developed and expertise in resilient building measures and disaster recovery methods that have been well documented. WE are a studio of 6 led by one licensed architect, one urban planner three associate AIA architects with 3 years experience or more and one staff/office manager. The office has been engaged in consulting on numerous projects in the flood zones as well as lifting houses, Retrofitting existing buildings for resilient measures and building new housing in the flood zones. We have in depth experience in resilient building measures, community and neighborhood planning, Codes and disaster recovery practices that extend well before Super Storm Sandy. Our Director is a recognized expert with the City of New York, The State of New York and with the Federal Government advancing new building guidance.
