ICF Architect / Designer in Goddard, KS

We have been designing & drafting homes in the Wichita, Kansas area since the mid 1980's. Many clients enjoy looking over my shoulder as we design the house together. I provide 1/4" scaled plan presentations with 1/4" scaled furniture templates to best show room sizes. I provide sample specification sheets to help clients organize designs through-out their new home, inside and outside. I assist clients by answering construction and design question, and offering advise as a consultant during the entire construction process.

Thanks to the internet, it is easier for clients to locate me. I designed this home from a free-hand sketch and a photo. I am not sure that I met these people. Many folks live so far from me that it isn't practical to meet. I do have software that allows clients to view my computer screen while we talk on the telephone.
