The Monty Residence is a 2,870sf passive-solar home in Clarksdale MS. The construction was SIPs for the above-ground building, and ICF for the crawlspace / partial basement. The Contractor had never used ICF, but said the system saved him several weeks in labor and came out less expensive than typical masonry construction as a result.
