We are a boutique Architectural firm started in NY in 2002 and relocated to AZ in 2015. In NY we were a Design-Build firm and as a Licensed, Bonded, Insured General Contractor we had completed ground-up Residential using ICF. The last custom home we designed in NY state was approx. 4700 sf. We have also consulted on several Multi-story, ICF Hotels projects to a Nationwide Hospitality A/E design firm.
