Custom Design We believe that your home should be tailored to your needs, wants and budget. Your needs are unique. That’s why we create new plans for each client. Dueck Builders plans and builds each house knowing that each part is related to every other part, and each is an integral part of the whole. As a cost-plus contractor we provide accurate budgets and put finish selections into your hands. Sustainable Builds All our new builds are registered with, tested, and rated by Efficiency MB. Testing shows that our homes are on average 50% more energy efficient than a comparable new homes. To ensure healthy indoor air quality we are careful to use products that contain fewer volatile organic compounds. To help ensure reduce carbon footprint we have committed to using carbon reduced EcoPact concrete in our builds. The carbon footprint of our homes is further reduced by the cold climate air source heat pumps that we install in our homes. Dueck Builders continues to invest in pushing the envelope for responsible building. Whether it is ICF houses or double wall builds, we aim to achieve Passive House air exchange requirements. Relational Process Our unique team approach to the building journey, along with transparent billing, accurate updates, and exceptional customer focus, come together for a great homebuilding experience. Dueck Builders is committed to fair billing and ensuring fair payment to sub-trades. We believe win-win situations are the only way to conduct business.
