ICF Installer in Boise, ID

This homeowner contacted me to install an ICF basement for their home. On this particular project we arrive on a Friday after the footers were poured and started setting up Logix ICF blocks. We had all the blocks set and ready to pour by Monday morning. By Monday night the walls were poured the homeowner was very ecstatic how smooth the project went.

This project I was asked to do for the 2017 spring parade of homes by a local builder. I started this project in January of 2017. It was a rough winter and we managed to get it the ICF walls up on time. The final picture in this project is the outcome the builder received on their project with all of their subs and vendors. The finished project turned out very pleasing with a HERS rating of 42.

This project is an addition on the side of a home. We added a 30 x 30 addition to an existing home. We pour our own footers to ensure they are level and square. It make the wall assembly much easier.
