A little background on our team at Elite Building Group Inc. We have been supplying and installing ICF’s since our inception in 2006 with internal partners, field supervisors, and foremen commencing in the late 1990’s. We have extensive knowledge with multiple ICF manufacturers and have concentrated on specializing with ICF structures. This has enabled Elite to become one of the leading recommended ICF installers with ICF manufactures. We believe ICF’s are very competitive compared to other structural systems. We have constructed multiple ICF Residential High-Rise/Mid-Rise/Low-Rise, Hospitality, Institutional, and Commercial structures with our repeat clients, developers, project managers, and G.C’s, ahead of schedule and within budget. The root is to introduce ICF in the preliminary stages to evade any structural/architectural deviations with the design/permit drawings. We have the manufactures technical and engineering departments at your disposal with any questions, concerns, obtainable BIM files, CAD files, testing reports, and data for your consultants’ records and review. In competing with conventional cast-in-place, cold formed steel, and/or CMU load bearing construction, ICF has proven to be more cost effective, reducing construction schedules, ready for direct drywall application, and provides a superior R-Value/STC rating/and Fire rating. We recently completed constructing 2 Net Positive structures plus one on the go for one of our clients (he is on his 29th project utilizing ICF’s), multiple LTC facilities for the Ontario Ministry of Health, Paramedic Stations, and Fire Stations for local Regions, just to name a few. We would be more than happy to provide detailed ICF budgets for you and/or your clients, all we would require are preliminary drawings, i.e.: Plan & Elevations.
