I have been around the masonry business since I was 6 years old. My father was a brick and block mason and we ran a crew together. Along with the grading and excavating me and daddy do we've always had to resort back to conventional masonry. Dad and Mom built a vacation home back in 2006 and I was introduced to the Logix ICF's. You really can't compare the Logix with 12" cmu's for basement walls as the cmu's will crack vertically once filled with concrete and rebar. Since then I've always promoted the Logix system to my customer base and have completed several projects with outstanding results and with extreme customer satisfaction. Even the building inspectors were amazed and would repeatedly say," I want my whole entire house built out of these things!" Great product and no more struggling with those dang 12" block! I love them!
