ICF Installer in Fresno, CA

The Palmer house was our second major ICF project built in 2003. It has 8" Logix ICF walls, SIP roof, radiant floor heating, and high efficiency evap cooling. It also have a high albedo, galvalum roof and a one of a kind stained concrete floor. Alvis projects was the first company in Fresno to combine all of these energy efficient materials and systems into one house. We had so many visitors to the site that we set up bleachers during the construction!

Alvis Projects was a main consultant for SMC Architects in the design of the Buchanan Energy Center on the campus of Buchanan High School in Clovis. The building has 6" Logix ICF walls, radiant floor heat and incorporates many energy efficient materials and systems, including two types of solar power, and even it's own wind turbine!

The Gist home in Tulare is a showcase of energy efficiency innovation using Logix 6" ICF walls and the new Logix ICF bucks. Owner Butch Gist and his son Mars, both built their homes out of ICF and really understand the benefits of energy efficient construction here the the San Joaquin Valley. Alvis Projects consulted throughout the design process, and supplied the ICF for the project.
