Our business started in 1980 doing major renovations and residential additions. Throughout the '90s we were framing and finishing houses and I had received installation training on some of the first ICF products coming out in the market. Currently, we have been a Tarion registered builder since 2004, Energy Star registered builder since 2009 and completed the certification for Passive House (PHIUS) North American standard in 2017. We are also a qualified building code designer and can assist people during the planning stage as well as accomodate construction drawings all in house. Our business focuses on energy efficient building using eco-responsible building practices.
