ICF Installer in Merritt Island, FL

I'm a second-generation General Contractor with experience building custom ICF homes on and around the coast of Florida. I grew up in the industry and have worked in concrete, form carpentry, as well as other related trades and fields. I would like to expand my business and focus more on ICF installation and shell construction in addition to general contracting services. I have used other brands but was recently turned on to your company, and I'd like to build a relationship using your products to become a preferred and well-known ICF contractor in the state of Florida.

Complete Homes

Vero Beach, FL

This was a custom design/build home directly on the beach on the east coast of Florida. The first floor of living space had to be up above the flood plane so every slab was suspended which allowed for a Florida/Island-style "basement." The house also had two suspended swimming pools as well as a solid concrete 6/12 slope roof which was formed and poured with ICF Decking. I was the superintendent/project manager on this for my family's business so I led the crew on all the form carpentry, steel work, concrete finishing, and set, braced, and poured every block on this home.
