This home was a custom home in rural Butler County that was built for an energy conscious customer. The basement used the 8" core block, and was waterproofed with a Watchdog spray water proofer and then protected by a dimple board. The main floor was built with 6.25" core blocks. This home blower door tested at .95 ACH50 a year after it was built. This was our first experience with ICF construction- I am now hooked, and encourage it as often as I can.
