ICF Installer in Pekin, IN

I'm an electrical/mechanical engineer from the manufacturing business as new product development and procurement manager that is building homes in the residential arena in southern indiana region. I also do conversion of std home design to incorporate icf specs to minimise on site customization detail and minimise costs to build resulting in better design, better practises and efficiencies of labor n materials leading to more economically accessible housing as compared to std build. Basically look at housing as a total cost model ( not just the cost to build but to live there expenses), similarly to manufacturing in product life cycle as total cost to the manufacturer from inception to end of life. I have built several ICF homes from start to finish including all trades and interested in building with your product as well. I'm looking to drive energy efficient home construction in combination with other higher tech options to include geo-thermal, and solar for near zero or off grid consumption. I'm also an investor looking to market these types of Homes to other real estate investors for rental units as well as single family builds. Also looking for further expansion of the icf business to include alternative uses and commercial applications. Have not completed many ICF homes as of yet as seems to be low demand at present due to lack of knowledge by builders in general to include the trades educational facilities. Std resistance to change at present. Currently giving seminars at the local high school trades as building trades advisor to drive knowledge base of better construction methods.
