ICF Installer in Peterborough, ON

This is a 3600 sq ft bungalow that I built for my mother in law. It's a big house for one person but as she says, "I can get my exercise walking around". The layout was planned for the future to accommodate accessibility including a beautiful roll/walk in shower. In other words there isn't a trip hazard anywhere in the house. Her heating and AC are less than her 1000 sq ft condo she moved from. It's ICF all of the way up with double 2x6 gables in the 48'x32' open concept kitchen living/dining area making it the greatest of great rooms, with a 15 foot cathedral ceiling. Deep window sills that ICF construction permit gives a grandeur to an already big house and would make a smaller house awesome!
