The Lewis Building This three story ICF mixed use building located in down town Newbury was completed by Groen Construction in 2022. At just over 10,200 sf, the lower level and ground level of this building is retail space, while the 2nd and 3rd floor houses luxury condos. All of the exterior walls of this building are ICF, from the footings (10' below street level) to the roof deck (40'+ above street level).
