ICF Installer in Yorkton, SK, SK

Experienced home renovator and construction estimator, with many house flips under the belt. One of my projects included building a new 80' x 36' x 9' walls Logix ICF basement for moving an old church onto, to be turned into a house, near Yorkton SK. The new basement turned out to be the best and easiest part of the whole project.

ICF Project

New basement for an old church building. 80' long, 36' wide. The way I built it allows 8'6" clear ceilings in the basement, and a 6' wide half up and half down staircase to access it from the lobby. Large windows on the south wall gives it lots of ventilation in summer, and sunlight in winter.
